Billy clubs .. Fouts case was also ruled on by Benitez, but originally it was a loss, but it's in the group you listed and we are waiting for a new ruling on that one also.

In his Fouts decision, Benitez basically let it stand due to it being 104 years old (ie longstanding). The Bruen decision has now deemed that not a valid date.

        Here is the Fouts decision:

When the ban is overturned, will I be able to put my mini into that cheap muzzlelite buildup stock and have an OAL of 26 inches?

            (3) A semiautomatic, centerfire rifle that has an overall length of less than 30 inches.

so the Federal requirement of an overall length of at least 26" would take over.

How would an injunction impact folding stocks?

                  They would be allowed

                  (B) A thumbhole stock.

                  (C) A folding or telescoping stock.

                  (D) A grenade launcher or flare launcher.

                  (E) A flash suppressor.

                  (F) A forward pistol grip.

Another question: how would this impact "bullet-buttons"? Could they be replaced with standard magazine release buttons?

Considering there’s no law against removing the bullet buttons right now (and everyone is still afraid to do so), I don’t see how it will matter what Benitez says on this issue.
