FOXNews: "Gun rights groups await judge's ruling on California's 'microstamping' law"

the Second Amendment Foundation and Calguns Foundation. If guns without the technology can't be sold in California, and gun manufacturers can't implement the technology, the law is, for practical purposes, a handgun ban that violates the Second Amendment, goes the argument. (emphasis added)

I hope that the lawyers also added that with the micro stamping law it would make it very easy to set someone up for a murder by collecting 1 or more pieces of a persons brass at a gun range and leaving it at the scene of the crime... This would make it to where you would have to make sure you pick up EVERY PIECE of brass that your firearm discharged and verify it by being able to read the micro stamp.

This is the stupidest law I have ever heard of..

Lord, make me fast and accurate, let my aim be true and my hand faster than those who seek to destroy me, grant me victory over my foes and those that wish to do harm to me and mine, let not my last thought be - 'If I only had my gun'- and Lord if today is truly the day you call me home, let me die in a pile of warm brass,
    Amen
