where can I pickup Narcan kit and Smoke Bombs near Contra Costa Co?

Smoke Bombs ("grenades") are sold online but have extreme shipping costs due to regs. Seems to be mostly an Airsoft market. Anyone know any LGS in Contra Costa area that sells Smoke Bombs?

You may want to check your local public health services, as some will provide Narcan for free.
