Thanks for the doc. I'm interested in the modifications offered by others who read it.
Example: I now have numerous USB powered items with solar panel recharge... tech updates
Additionally, I do better with sketches where the author gives descriptions alone.

Fair warning, there are a lot of controversial statements, i.e. ideas or opinions being presented as facts in that document that don't meet the sniff test, especially the med section. As with everything, use your own judgement in following any guidance in there. This link has popped up in this and other forums a number of times over the years and after reviewing a few years back, decided to drop it from my digital library.

Appreciate the caveat. Thanks. I treat these like reloading tomes; i.e., I've many & cross reference.

very quick glance and I see at least one big very basic error.

Lumps urine in feces as disease spreading vector that needs to be carefully corralled. Unless you got some quite rare internal infection thingy going on, and IIRC VD/STDs don't count and don't survive in recently expelled urine long enough to matter, IIRC urine comes out STERILE and not a factor in hygiene.

I'm pretty sure urine can be in fact collected and reduced and has some useful chemical properties.

This tells me this book hasn't been reviewed or edited by anyone with real knowledge and the author is just spewing out lots of words. Whole book is mostly and pretty much like that.

Making a basic error on something like the dangers or lack of for something like urine is kind of important because you don't want to make lots of crazy rules or take risks etc over stuff that doesn't matter over imaginary dangers, and everyone has to piss several times a day. Praying to Allah on a rug 5x a day? Probably wont impact Ops Sec or anything else. Doing an unneeded HazMat routine involving transport of material to special location several times a day? Almost certainly problematic, sooner or later. No idea WTF age Muslims are supposed to start praying 5x a day and I'm pretty sure they get a pass on the rug thingy if member of tank crew on alert, but all humans start urinating several times a day from birth, no matter what. Can't believe major diff in health risk between urine and feces isn't covered in Boy Scouts and Boot Camp, or any Back Packing book. Viet Cong weren't known for PEEING on pungie sticks to cause nasty infections.
