Since the city web site, while on the prowl for a home purchase, all Google searches turned up absolutely nothing on this topic...
as their site is horrible, and you can't find any useful info via a Google search...
In the City of Whitehouse, TX, one can have up to 5 chickens MAX (maximum), as long as they are not w/in 100 ft of the property lines...
In the City of Tyler TX, no more than 6 chickens per acre, IF AG zoned, and must be at least 15 ft. from property line.
There, now this info is actually posted, it should FINALLY be searchable on the Internet, and via a simple google search!!!
Keyword additions:
Whitehouse, TX Chicken Law,
Whitehouse, Texas fowl Ordinance (Ordnance
in case of misspelling).
I want more than that, but hopefully that will help someone out in that area out, a bit...
