Are most preppers here white...ish?

I am just curious, as I got comments from a friend's son on how white people love their guns, it got me thinking, is there a shortage of non-whitey-preppers?

I am a mutt, bunches of euro-whitey mixed with some Wa-wa-wa Indian (Cherokee), and everyone says I am white,
My Wife is half-Mexican (but looks half-asian for some reason)...

Just wondering what other preppers self-ID as, race-wise, or if the system has mostly-only whitey preppin'?

Being observant about what's going on doesn't belong to any one race. I don't expose myself as being a prepper to just anyone that comes along, but I've seen plenty of preppers of every race.

I think it's somewhat irrelevant to wonder about 'race'...



And more important to ask about character...



...and whether any assessment is factually based or founded in something else... Fact check: False claim that Hillary Clinton was fired during Watergate resurfaces online; not to mention whether that 'something else' might be more relevant than the actual facts associated with a specific 'claim.'

For instance... New statistics on modern prepper demographics from FEMA and Cornell...



In other words, as that article alludes to, it's not so much about 'race' or a shortage of non-whitey-preppers as it is about 'other things' and that (from that article) putting all of this data together shows that preppers are more of a cross-section of the American public than previously thought.

I'm not 'white' per se, but I'm not 'of color' either. Parts of me (that are exposed to sunlight) are close to the color of a Starbucks Vanilla Latte. Does that answer your question?

Not so much anymore, he seems ignorant to many things, now that I know more.

Props to the guy though, a prepper store is a good way to prep (aside from giving away the fact he is one, overly-public tactical disadvantage?), as current unsold surplus=easier bug-out buckets that are not out of retail-priced pocket.

If he moved to a free-state in 'Murica, like TX, he'd be better off, especially with the stupid-silly queenly-laws they recently passed...
