They sell raw food freeze dried, some of their items. This is not like Mountain House, which is already cooked and you just add hot water.

Looking at the ingredients, it is slightly better than competitors like Augissan Farms & Wyse, but they play the same lying BS with "servings" per container. It would take at least 3-5 of their servings to equal one cup of cooked food.
