I don't see any language that addresses CCW. But for a long time I have thought it would be a great idea to have a federal law codifying our right to CCW.

Can you direct us to the language that prompted your question?

That's the only "loophole" I recall being discussed.

I'm set to retire about the same time CA's lead ban is set to be fully implemented. Suffice it to say, I won't be retiring in CA if upland bird and small game has a lead moratorium.

Seeing how Cali and other states are ignoring federal marijuana laws with no repercussions will this law hold any water in real life?

alot of you guys arent getting this right. if this passes it would stop the states from enacting lead bans on ammo.it then wouldnt matter what a state wanted to enact as they would be prohibited from it. the pot laws act in the exact opposite way this bill would. this would be a boon for hunters here in california and especially for those of us in the condor zone who have been screwed for quite a few years allready.

I doubt the condor zone would change because of the endangered species act.

                    But one could hope!
