I've seen pigs in the Happy Canyon area of Los Padres Forest. They come up from the private ranch areas down below. But if you really want pigs, make friends with someone who manages a winery. Wineries always get depredation permits to blast deer and pigs. I've spoke with guys who work in the vineyards who slaughter deer and pigs at night with F&G permits all year round.
