Antelope is pretty tasty. Would definitely put that in freezer camp. Prefer it over deer.

The horns though, have to marinate for a long long time, else they're kind of crunchy.

I swear, when I opened up my first one the blood was almost too hot to touch. Their engines run really, really hot!

It's nice when it gets cold. Have hunted over a few days leading up to deer season at Oct-15 in Wyoming. Got in to some snow a couple trips. Happiness really was a warm gut pile to warm your hands.

In warm weather, we cleaned/skinned and got them on ice or off to the local butcher right away.

I'm pretty much trained to do that with any animal.

I'm hoping the Pronghorn is bigger and heavier than the Elk i harvested with a bullet last year.
