pro wanna meet between stockton and you for a hunt some time this week? I'm on vacation

I dunno, I've never been much for guns. I mean, sure, we have the usual gun by the door, another near the TV, one in the kitchen, and another in the bedroom...and several others laying around. For the most part though, we keep our home free of guns. We are peace loving folks.

I can never meet on a weekday. I get off work too late. If you know where to go on the weekend I would definitely be up for it.

No more counts. I just need some proof from people how many of these dogs exist. I got 2 On Saturday but those are the last for me until about the end of August unless they are 30+ pounds or more and males. I will try to post some pics soon.

Welcome to Professional Coyote Hunter !

I am a highly skilled and admired sportsman by many local hunters. I have been coyote hunting for over 15 years. I have taken well over 400 coyotes in my short career. I have an average call rate of about 80 percent. Of course that all depends on the season, the terrain, and the willingness and stillness of whom I hunt with. I hunt over 100 days a year for these predators and enjoy everyday day of it. I loved it so much I have given up deer hunting. It cost too much anyways for deer hunting for me. Especially if you don't get one.
Your website only shows 3 dead coyotes. Wheres the other 400+??????

Throw up some pics... sounds awesome!

in korea, southerners eat dogs like we eat beef. in the main cities, koreans really don't eat dog that much. my family have been generations of farmers in south korea. i remember having a pole with a chain in the back yard. we would go to the market and buy a dog like we buy steaks. after picking a dog, we would walk the dog back to the house, pick it up and hang it on the chain until it dies. i used to beat the dog for fun because there is nothing else to do. once the dog dies, my dad would cut it up and dinner was served. we used every part of the dog.

i havn't been back since i was 8. i'm planning a trip to korea this summer and the first thing i'm going to order is dog stew!! i'll take some pictures and post them up!!

I will do my best to get some more pics. Normally the coyotes I shoot I don't take any pics. The ones I get on guided hunts go home with the people who shot them.

Distance really depends on how educated the coyote is. If he is closing fast I have shot them as close as 10 feet, beware though it is very messy with a 12ga and buck shot. if it is slightly windy they will use that to there advantage and stay out at about 150-200 yards until they feel safe. On most days we dont have to shoot any further than about 30-100yards. Hope this answers your questions. Keep them coming.

I start hunting just when I can see through my iron sights or scope or pins on my bow till around 11am-12pm it all depends on wind and temperature and the moon phase. I will teach all f this on my web page soon to help everyone out. I do hunt in the afternoons but only in the wintertime when it is cool out. In the summer it is too hot and not worth it. Plus their coats are pretty thin anyways so I don't hunt them too much in the summer. I do teach how to do it in the summer though we just normally don't shoot them. this way it give me time to keep my calling in tune.
