I do not see a fork!

This is the reason why we will never get a decent population of big deer in CA. This deer is way small and is a pass for any respectable hunter. Just because you are hunting deer and finally see one does not mean you should take it.

I'm not DFG, so my assumption is that the buck has a huge fork on the other side, had to put it on the dirt side to keep it from flopping the whole head over.

I went big game hunting for the first time out on opening day in D11. I wasn't expecting to see a single deer that day due to all the human activity but then this guy popped up at 150 yards and I decided to take him out with my 300BLK.
