How about Young Black & Brown Bear. Some of many that day - A bit close for comfort - Interrupted my fishing. The adults usually hang around about 2 miles up stream. Lots of food so usually no problems. The Moose are alway Problems. I'm not a hunter any more - I enjoy just watching now.

Bagging Rights - I'll Bite - How many of you are able to get your wife to go with you?
    Thought so - LOL
We fish catch and release. We only keep what is injured and won't survive. These are Chinook Salmon - limit One a day for non-locals. I don't like posting our faces on the internet but These are couple of pics from Alaska - The one I am holding was caught in the first 1/2 hour of my fishing day. I kept him because he was injured - That shut me down for the rest of the day. The other is common to what we caught and released the rest of that trip - 30LBS tad more or less. The wife just about got pulled in and down stream a few times.

Finished the big game season today.

4 point plus brow tines. 280 yards and had to wait about an hour for him to stand up. He had 6 or 7 does with him. Hopefully he had been having a good time before I got him.

Took 3 trips to get him out.

Eastern OR OTC tag. spike tags are really hard!! I worked for this one, all day deal. saw them leave private and couldn't close the gap. We Left camp at 5 am. got, back at 3 pm.
He got shot by the road where we loaded him up whole, we were racing down the mountain to cut the heard off after they decided to drop off some nasty stuff.
    Edit. How to resize ?
original is too big and these look little small.

He ran/stumbled about 60 yards and fell dead. huge blood trail. weighted just over 240lbs, and scored 157 5/8ths. has three added scorable points on one of his bases. could be the best deer i'll ever kill with a bow.
Very nice. Glad you were able to pull it out.

Browning BAR 7mmRM. 150gr Hand loads.

Smaller pig (150-160 lbs) was 30 yds, shot between the eyes and blew up the back of the skull.

The larger pig (220- lbs) was prego and 175 yds. Shot just below the ear and blew out the jugular.

Both came from the same herd. 10 minutes apart.
