    Not much of a secret but private property I hunt out on some islands down in Nor Cal. I could go out every day and limit out easy. I got those 4 in 30 minutes.

    Yes of course they don't taste as GOOD but still damn good. I thought you were making a knock at people that shoot big deer don't eat em or something of the like. Ill shot any deer thats legal I hunt for the food and a good time with my family and buddies I love these mountains I grew up in em

    I think he mean's they don't eat the big ones because they don't taste as good. I personally have never hunted anything significant but my uncle and co workers have all told me bigger bucks, hogs, elk, ect. don't taste as good because the meat is tough and muscly due to age.

    And here is the only picture I have of 1 of the 3 deer I harvested this year...I obviously hunt for food...big racks are nice, but you can't eat them.
