Yeah it is pretty good advice. I still have my old worn Gerber AR3.0 which was my favorite little knife for a long time... it is funny how that knife looks surprisingly like a little Sinkevich ZT 0452. Reminds me how not much is original these days because it has mostly been done before (not in a ball-bearing flipper with S35VN, but even the star embossed pivot looks similar).

I offered that one to my nephew as a first knife but he chose an old United Colt Cobra instead. I also gave away my Cryo G10 recently. I might have to get another one.

I love my RIA FS Match 1911, but I almost bought a SA MC Operator a while back, before I decided it was too redundant ED Brown is on another level

This week, I just got another Gerber Mark II and also another Glock 78 field knife. Two very good knives that I wanted another!

BTW, I'm going to a gun & knife show this weekend, so it's highly likely I'll pick up even another something while there.

                  Nice ADAMAS!

I just got my little Lueneburg CPM154 knife.

SYKCO 511 for scale - about similar size. Real nice work, I cannot feel anything except butter smoothness on the grip between liners, scales, tang.

Also received my KYDEX for the Dog Father.

That looks good. I dig the color.

Who do you usually go with when getting a kydex sheath? That one kinda looks like an AZWelke design. I like both leather and kydex, it kinda depends on the knife I guess. Looks like you nailed it with that Dogfather. I'm thinking about ordering a Yellow Hawk Customs for my Gunner 12 when it arrives.

I use Mashed Cat, Al Welke, BB, there are tons of good sheath makers. I have an SYKCO 1111 sheath on order with AZWelke that he's still making. He did my Team Gemini sheath too.

Everyone doesn't keep those classic Scrap Yards or whatever around forever, so I used a guy that still owns a Dog Father this time and it is really great quality, just like a BB or AZWelke IMHO. That was Jeff Law at RAINWALKER Creations. I wouldn't get a Kydex for a RES-C handled knife without the thumb break like that. AZWelke's has great ones too. I have a BB for my SYKCO 911 and one for a SOD that are great too.
