I just found my Spyderco Police at the bottom of my tool bag. It's big but really thin compared to the Emerson wave I've been carrying around.

I recently got a Benchmade mini griptillian, really nice, I like it a lot.

Similar to the one linked above, but is combo-edged sheeps foot shape blade.

Sog Trident. Light, sturdy, and a pocket clip in the best place means that I've always got it on me no matter the conditions. And they can be found for around $60 on Amazon, which, to me, is the best knife for the money--and I don't feel heartbroken if I lose it.

I love my spyderco endura 4 with Emerson opener. It makes opening beer bottles a snap, plus it's fun to show your friends that you can have a knife open out of your pocket quicker than their assist opening knives.

Usuly guys start off with these larger edc blades and move to something smaller...find a knife store or a store with a lot of knives and see what you like. For me a mid sized spring assist with a deep Cary pocket clip that carrys tip up works for me I Usualy switch off from a sog flash2or kershaw blur with a kershaw leek in the back pocket as a back up
give 'em the whole 9 yards

I've been carrying the Kershaw Clash for the last 2 years or so. I like it and it's not too expensive. I got it on Amazon for around 20 bucks.

So while my wife was out I asked her to get me one. Told her If they have the cryo get it. If not surprise me. So if course they didn't. So she came back with 2 knives from Walmart. She took the ad did a price match . But no cryo they were sold out. she got me these.

I really like the Leek .Its not bulky and doesnt get in way in your pocket. Like if weren't carring at all.
I think the Kershaw Leek is a sleeper EDC, it's awesome. Small and light weight with one finger opening I love mine.

I've had good luck with eBay finding knives I can't buy OTC.

There's plenty of online knife dealers. Just google it. It looks like they start at around $36.00 on Amazon. They seem to have a couple of different blade steel choices.

The leek and the cryo are nice.
Really like the Hinderer design on the cryo so far my favorite. And for 20 Bucks ea . I scored
I didn't care for the blur tanto felt cheap and plasticky.
