My EDC is a Gerber "Fast draw" (plain blade), I also carry a mini version with a combo blade at work.

I had that gerber for my edc for a year. Loved that blade , wasnt bulky or got in the way. Im seem to give away my blades to family. I guess its just one of my things. My brother didnt carry so I gave it to him and hes still Edc-ing that same knife.

        Kershaw Cryo

        Spyderco Tenacious

        Spyderco Police

In no certain order, those are quick easy picks that are thin for EDC. They are good do-all knives but by no means a pry bar for anything. I own all of them and they are all good knives. I seem to be keeping my tenacious with me, and for the 30 bucks it cost, its a good little knife that holds an edge for about a week or so for me before I have to hone it again.

Ive always liked this one for its "mean" factor.

Folding knife with hollow-ground Japanese AUS 8A stainless blade
Edge is positioned at angle to the cut to produce deep sheering effect
Injection-molded Grivory handle is heavily contoured for comfort
Dual thumb plate for 1-handed opening or snag-on-pocket opening
Tri-Ad locking mechanism; blade measures 4-1/2 inches; weighs 7.5 ounces

my Ganzo came in today. very nice knife. solid and seems well built. not perfect, a few things I would like to be different, but for $19 shipped, seems well worth it.

can't wait for my sog mini aegis to come in. I think it might be exactly what I wanted

A big plus 1 to this. I carry a tenacious more days than not anymore.

I got back from Texas yesterday...

I picked up a Kershaw Cryo while there, and so far I really like it. Very fast deployment, locks up well. Feels sturdy and well built, but a little small in my hand. (fine for light tasks though)

I am already looking at ordering a Cryo II ( I like "sets" )

Ok... I finally got my SOG

It is just about perfect for what I wanted. Super light, decent size, maybe just a tiny bit small in the hand. Feels sturdy with fast deployment.

Only.issue is that it has some play in the blade I will have to figure out how to tighten.

The ganzo I got is much heavier and sturdier, I like it a little more, but it is a little to big for.me as an edc, will save it for when I am doing outdoor stuff.

After one day I am super happy with the sog

Big 5 has the assisted Kershaw knives at 19.99.

So while my wife was out I asked her to get me one. Told her If they have the cryo get it. If not surprise me. So if course they didn't. So she came back with 2 knives from Walmart. She took the ad did a price match . But no cryo they were sold out. she got me these.

I really like the Leek .Its not bulky and doesnt get in way in your pocket. Like if weren't carring at all.
