Just bought those very things from Riflegear.com, a sponsor here.
Did a lot of price searching too, fair prices.

Armalite makes a mil-spec buffer tube as well as a commercial spec.

I searched for a whole day and in the end, this is how I ordered based on final costs, shipping, tax (if applicable) etc:

Armalite Mil Spec 6-pos buffer tube - DSG Arms

Spring, buffer, castle nut, etc - Riflegear

If AlohaRiver ever gets the Magpul CTR mil-spec in black in, his price is $80 shipped, best I found.

I searched BravoCompany, 10%, ar15pro, dsgarms, riflegear, CWS, shootforless, PK firearms, ADCO, Mooney's, JTAC, numrich, and a couple others I forget.

Trust me, my Google-Fu is strong when it comes to $, I'd be impressed if you find better when you consider the cost savings of not having multiple shipping charges that makes buying a $2.50 spring impractical if that's all you're buying from one vendor.
I'm an engineer and I even made a damn spreadsheet to find the best pricing... Of course I got paid at work to do it!

True, if you get used, you'd be doing better.
Of course I scoured here, AR15.com, SnipersHide, SniperCentral without luck.
I wish you much luck! (Hey, if you find a second set of everything you're looking for used, I have a second lonely unbuilt OLL that I need parts for )
