    1944 Mosin M44

    SOLD

Up for sale is a 1944 Mosin M44 with a laminated stock. It's Russian made and in good shape. There are a few dings in the finish of the stock as you can see in the pictures. I'd rate the bore good, it's shiny but it's not a mirror. The gun shoots perfect. All numbers match. Also included is 100-200 rounds of ammo, not sure how much I have exactly but it goes with the gun. 100.00 firm. Location is Marysville CA (40 miles north of Sacramento). Transfer will have to be through an FFL unless you have a C&R. Buyer pays fees.

I don't think you need to do an FFL transfer. Seems to be in it original configuration. Its a Cash and Carry deal to me.

If you are afraid of something, you can always ask the buyer to give them a copy of their Driver's License and a statement saying that its legal for them to have a firearm
    Current Armory:
    HK p7m8
    Dan Wesson Guardian 9mm
    Hi-Power Practical
    Baby Eagle 9mm
    P99 AS
    Glock 43

I believe you are correct. If I were in NorCal I would buy it in a heart beat. Laminated stocks, while not rare are not all that available. Great price.

Warbunker PM'd first. Waiting to hear back from him. If I don't hear from him soon I'll go down the list in the order I was contacted so next is Angry Possum, and then Alex$.

The M44's are now harder to find than the 38 or 91

add a great looking stock and matching numbers....

                          ...and some ammo to boot..

I think you could have gotten $200 so you gave a great deal to someone.

...and the quick sale proves this.

DAMMIT!!! I'm looking for a Mosin M44 or 91/30, and I'm in Marysville. Thats what I get for leaving the computer and going to work today.
Proudly nestled all snugly and warm in Hillary's basket. She even made room for my bibles and guns!
