    Model: CM9

    Caliber: 9mm

    Location: San Jose

    Price: $425 SOLD

    Will ship (Y/N): No

Other info: I'm the original owner, this weapon has 25-30 rounds through it, is like new, no issues, runs great just and I don't need it nor do I care for the long trigger pull. Comes with 2 magazines + factory box.

Transaction to take place at LC Action in San Jose.

I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything, I simply have a question. Is that a good price for that gun? I'm only asking because in Utah they are $320-330 new with one mag. Is that what California does to gun prices?

By the way, I like that little guy and am going to get one soon.

Seems like a decent price as the CM9 is not on the California DOJ roster. As for your Utah pricing ... You'll still need to pay for shipping, taxes, DROS fees, SSE fees and since your price only included 1 mag, the cost of another mag makes $425 reasonable to me.

I'm still in Utah...probably till the end of the year. I'm trying to get a few weapons before I move.
