Been watching this thread from the beginning. My $.02.

Three possibilities.

1) The guy is a scam artist. He made good on the first few customers to lurer in a larger group to fleece..

2) The guy is a shill for the CA DOJ and has been helping them make a case against Cal-Gunners for importing hi-caps.

3) The guy is legit and something happened to him..Traffic accident, stroke, death or illness of a loved one.

I had a strange feeling about this deal once I received an email from this seller. James Kirk? I suppose that could be a legitimate name for someone but it sent up a red flag for me. I am fortunate not to have sent any money and I do hope this will be made right to those that did. If one was to try to scam money out of people this instance seems just about the best way to do so. Offer something that is in demand and low in supply and a little scary in legality so that there may be hesitation in contacting authorities when the product is not delivered, just my .02c.

I didn't order anything from him yet. But I did talk to him on the phone a while ago. He seems like a really good guy. I will see if I can find the number and maybe I will give him a call. I am not sure if I will be able to find the number, He called me. But I hope it works out for all of you.

Same style pictures, new member, located in Pennsylvania, uses tinypic, willing to break down mags for rebuild kits. It just seems to similar to me. I personally have not had any problem with this seller but it seems quite a few of you got burned so maybe this will be helpful.
