Another attempt to scam from jinaj76740. Sent me a message shortly after I commented on another users sale thread asking me to send payment.

Purchased glock 19 barrel from him, paypal f&f (I know), never received item, has not replied to a message since then.

Last message from him on 11/4/2023:
"PayPal is Millieyoungblood@gmail.com.
Shoot me your address here in a message and it will go out Monday.
Thank you. "

I sent funds to him 11/5/2023 and he claimed the money (paypal account registered as "Melody Benavidez").
I have sent him several PM's since then and have not received any replies.

Something sounds off here, I don't think he would ditch Calguns for a $35 barrel.

His last post was 11/1/23.

I am guessing either his account got hacked or he is sick.

Two suggestions:

1: Put up a "wellness check" post in Off Topic asking if anyone knows him personally to check up on him.

2: Send a PM to some of his recently active CG friends to see if they can contact him.

Emailed , but did my due diligence thanks to this thread and did not proceed further than initial contact email. Very pushy kept trying to get the "sale" going checking in and emailing me in the middle of the night or early morning. Thanks to everyone who posted in this thread. I hope that my message can help some of you guys too. Please be careful.

jada89 Is a scammer roaming the WTB. Uses google images to say they have an item and is asking to F&F PayPal

Using emails of valentinoward29@gmail.com for communication and tommyroyal73@gmail.com for PayPal name on the PayPal is Woodsman Zaria.

I stupidly sent money, now have filed a fraud report with PayPal, but since it was F&F I am sure I am screwed. If a Mod wants to contact me great, if anyone wants to track this guy down, great, would love the help.

Have had a perfect experience with Calgunners up to this point and let my guard down even with the red flags in hindsight.
