He says it's new and unused but yet he says it mounted and rounds have gone through, also why would it matter if rounds have gone through, cqbl has nothing to do with the firing system.

I can confirm this guy is a scammer. Google search of his name highlights him as being a scammer on other forums too. He reached out to a WTB post of mine and mysteriously disappeared when I started asking tough questions and pointed out his profile is flagged elsewhere.

Please sellers, be beware of user: STiibs.

Last week I had sold him some goods and was a day late in shipping his items, from the day intended, but had indeed shipped them last Wednesday. In his defense, he was growing concerns as I had not communicated as I work out of town and don’t check here often, after I ship the items.

Long story short, he files a fraud dispute with PayPal the day of the items were shipped and received them last Saturday. I’ve notified STiibs that his items were shipped, with tracking, as soon as I had learned the disputes had been filed, but hadn't received any response. Per USPS tracking, he received his items last Saturday.

He refuses return my messages and to update PayPal on the status, to close the claim, and PayPal currently has my account locked with a negative balance, as I assume that they had refunded him and are now asking me to cover the costs. So he may had received a refund from PayPal AND has my goods in his possession. After numerous of attempts to make contact with the buyer, he is unresponsive.

Admins, please advise on what steps I need to take.

Although I do understand where he's coming from, filing a dispute after one day is a bit overboard and extra. At least give the seller a chance to respond back before proceeding but as a seller you should also have good communication with the buyer since they sent you money and now have to wait on you to ship the goods. Courtesy goes both ways.

I also had an encounter with desmondtheman007, but he just disappeared after a few messages.

Please watch out for Outmizzle. He wanted to send an off roster hand gun(USP Compact) through FFL. I attached a text chain where he tried to convince me to trust him for the laughs.

Hitting the red triangle and reporting them helps, but they mostly all come right back after they get banned.

I am hoping that the proposed software update for CG will have more features to permaban them.
