This is the same system the Jard adjustable trigger uses.
I don't know if I'd trust it 100% with a stock trigger- I guess you'd only know if you put in the range time to thoroughly test it.
You'll need a 1/4-28 tap if I remember right if your receiver grip hole isn't threaded all the way through (most aren't).
If someone's in L.A., I have a tap for this- takes a couple mins.
