Anyone know what the warranty is on the electronic keypad? Anyone dealt with Bighorn's warranty department?
searching the net when mine went out, pretty much they will replace keypad under warranty time, but if it's the lock pc board,chip........then you need to
    A. pay a lock smith to get in,read that was in the $500 range
not cool for a $599 safe
    B. get in yourself...

    I only had 2 #s work,and only 2 times then lock out sounds and ate battery,ate 4 new duracells,like $20 worth in 1 day

Damn, that sucks. Any idea how long the warranty is on the keypad? Google doesn't turn anything up.

If you can get in, keep it open, replace with a Sargent & Greenleaf 6730-100 dial-lock.

Rhino will sell that shelf for $30 plus $10 shipping. Kind of pricey.

Yea, that's too much for me so I was hoping someone had one they weren't using. Thanks.

Not trying to brag but Liberty Safe co. sent me a new main gun divider shelf last thanksgiving for free after I called and inquired about getting another. Before that I received touch up paint and some other goodies! Didn't even have to pay shipping.

Guessing the premium they charge on their safes pays for excellent customer service.

Costco.com has these up again for $599 ($647 after tax includes shipping & handling to San Diego). Just ordered 4/30/14 but says 2-4 week delivery, no shipping/tracking info received yet.

Just received the tracking info saying the safe was delivered to my shipper but still waiting on them to call me. Hmmmmm... Ordered on 4/30/14 and shipper received today (5/6/14) that's pretty quick considering Costco emailed me it would take 2-4 weeks to deliver to me. Hoping they call me to setup delivery... SOON!!!!

anyone around Orange County and have a bighorn 19ecb wanna let me try to use your keypad just to open my safe, my keypad won't register one of the numbers in my code so I can't open the safe... I think another keypad should work seeing as it's only a little connector that transmits the code to the device inside. please help!
