PPPffft--It SAYS "Black Friday Specials." Try going to any other store tomorrow and insist on getting their BF deal. I think it's pretty reasonable to not give the price til Friday. What's going to cause more aggravation for them, p'ing off everyone who can't get the price days in advance or p'ing off everyone who stands in line on Friday, only to be told they're sold out?

That's true if they listed it properly for their Black Friday only deal but they had it on the wrong page as the current pricing deal.

Plus they must operate like Walmart where the store's manager sets the "rules", right or wrong with the corporate folks. Hence, winky dink.

Yeah, but if you look at the flyer it says the prices are good starting on 11/24/2017 so they don't even need to honor the prices on pages 4 on up until then anyways.

true that, however they broke their own starting date to try and generate more business by stating they'll honor all sales except page 1-3. its their mistake by having the 642 on page 2 AND 5.

the way i see it . . . if they want to start the sale early, they should own up to their mistake and honor. or start the sale date all together on 11/24 as originally written.

FWIW.... Martin Retting in Culver City has the same revolver advertised for $399 (excluding rebate). If Turners sold out and ya gotta have it,...keep looking before you go to Retting.

I just left the Lake Forest store. I got there about 11:30 and was able to get a 642. There was never any more than ten people in the register line at any one time. Last year the line was back to the back wall. There were only two or three people in front of me at the gun counter.

I think negative reviews/threads here can really affect their foot traffic. People figure it's not worth it and don't want to bother. Turner's should think about that.

I was able to get the Ruger 10/22 and the SW M642 , in line at 830 am along with a few hundred others , out the door and paid by 1:15 pm
