I put the dispute as a backup. The CC won't do anything until they investigate. I just finished an online chat with Gander. They wanted the code that I used plus the email confirmation that I received that showed the discount that was applied. The CS (Kevin) apologized and said a credit would be issued. I would order from the Gander again. Very good Customer Service. I need to contact my CC again and cancel the dispute.

+1...exactly how my order was handled. Gander eventually provided a credit to my CC upon submital of code and e-mail recept calling out the discount. Not thrilled about the whole thing but it had a happy ending. I like happy endings.
