      Hey,

I would be intrested in this rifle. Please let me know an FFL that will transfer this to me in the SF Bay Area.

I have an question/idea about the Century AK's for sale at DD's Ranch. Since I am paying for a complete rifle (Rifle,High-capacity Mag, Pistol-grip, etc.) why couldn't I just pay the difference in shipping and at least let my friends in Arizona have my parts that you will not ship to me? I would just like to know if this would be possible because as you said we aren't getting a discount for the parts not being shipped with out rifles if we were to purchase them through you. My intentions are not to ruffle any feathers, but I figure if I pay for them at least someone should get to enjoy them if I can't.

Again, that is one of those "iffy" gray area's. The Calfornia resident is purchasing the item, and wants the banned items that were removed to make it CA legal sent somewhere else. We feel that it just leaves too much liability , especially when all of a sudden all customers purchasing this item has a friend in Arizona. We are not trying to complicate things or get one over on anyone. To tell you the truth, I wish we could just send all the parts to you because they don't do us any good. We need to stick to our policy on this unless something changes.

Eh, other vendors have been doing so for quite some time (the pistol grips... not the mags). I'm not meaning to thread-crap here, but if you were going to get in trouble for this, CWS would've gotten in trouble for it long before. I believe Spreadfire Arms was doing the same thing.

Everyone please give DD's Ranch a break here. They have good prices and service, and are willing to work with CA residents where others refuse to.

CA DOJ "creates/interprets" laws on a whim. I don't blame them for not wanting a legal battle over $20 pistol grips.

I pay my attorneys a handsome amount to interpret the laws of different states, and I have no reason to believe they would lead me astray. Perhaps it would never come back to bite anyone in the a**, but for the cost of a $3.00 pistol grip, is it worth it?

So, one would need to buy a grip, 10 rounders, and a mag lock to complete the gun?
