Yeah I have read many articles about them. That article was one of them. I saw that before posting my question cause it was one of the first things when googling. Still it doesn't say much about meeting our CA OLL needs.

But the receivers wouldn't say anything other than WASR right? For all production? I am thinking in comparison to SAIGAs. Just trying to be sure before ordering.

Well, considering that the receivers' "made by" is stamped "made in Romania by Cugar Arms" or something, and that's not listed...

...and the SB23 "bad list" doesn't list anything from Century (they're the importer)...

I would say that it's pretty clear that the WASR family is off list.

Does the WASR-10 have a threaded barrel so that the slant brake can be installed and a bayonet lug?

How about selling some WASRs in 5.45x39? I'd definitely be interested.

Why can't you ship the pistol grip detached and the mag disassembled as replacement parts? "Constructive possession" doesn't apply to these.

Most dealers won't accept the pistol grip included with the gun. The "constructive possession" leaves too much of a gray area. I have attorneys that work for me, interpret the law and advise as to the "prosecutability" of every questionable product we sell. I certainly want to supply California residents with great products at fair prices, and feel that by getting into that "gray area" puts us, the customer and the receiving dealer at risk.
