Not exactly, the ones I have won't work on the PTR-91 because they have hardened magazine releases (not 100% sure where the polymer/metal receiver thing came from)

The Raddlock should work. I have one on my PTR91. It may require some filing to fit but it should work.

I read about it on a few websites including Calguns, I will be contacting raddlock soon to clarify. Thanks for being CA-friendly DD!
