I can install the bullett button before it ships free of charge you will just have to ship me one, I don't have any on hand. I have been shipping AR's to Cali for quite a while now and it depends on the Cali dealer how they want the rifle shipped. Some dealers will have me remove the buttstock and/or the pistol grip to ship and they install the bullett button. It just depends on the dealer and we accomodate the California dealer since they are the ones liable do to Cali law.
