I noticed this too and did a double-take. I haven't looked at the price tags in a long time since I only look to see if there are any boxes behind the glass, but I pulled a double-take when I saw the new prices, I wasn't sure if they had just changed or what. The prices on all the popular pistol calibers went up. I believe .45ACP is now $16.xx something, I think it was $16.47?

Thanks!! Got a few boxes my self. It was all gone by around 6PM. Drove around town in hoping other Walmart may have more .40, but came up empty hand.

Since I'm still on regular walmart ammo patrol, I'll post here if I find any 45GAP for you.

Just came from the West Lacaster location, they had a ton of Remmington .223 44gr. And only .44 magnum for handgun ammo.
If you are not outraged you are not paying attention!!!

                  ANTELOPE WALMART UPDATE

As of 8:50, they had about 6 WWB 9mm, 4 or so WWB 40s&w, numerous 223 value packs, some 308, and some 44 Magnum . Oh yeah, the requisite shotgun ammo as well.

Oh yeah, better hurry, it looked like the truck towing the Sacramento Black Rifle trailer was headed down antelope in that direction.

That's funny, because they had .40 when I was there at 6pm in milpitas(might have been sold by the time you called I guess). as well as a couple other odd boxes(32 auto, 22 shorts(quite a few actually). Don't trust walmart employees over the phone. No offense to anyone on this board that might work for walmart, but often times the employees in the store don't know anything even if it is their department, and over the phone they only have to pretend to have an answer so long as it gets you off the phone

As of yesterday 08/30 (noon), Walmart in Tracy had about 10 boxes of WWB .223, 45gr. Rare for them to have anything at all...picked up 3 boxes...

I agree... it is best to just go and see for yourself. While looking through the glass windows of ammo the phones often go off and the employees avoid it. One time the Walmart employee answered and said sorry no new ammo, but I was like huh? I'm looking at the new items in stock!
