                    The screws are to remove the bucking bar after you squish the rivet.
                    This is a shop press riveting setup, not a vise held setup for use with an air riveter.

                      Yes, but not just for Saiga's.
                      It's for riveting in bullet guides on most any AKM type gun where the trunion is already installed into the receiver.
