Had to shave some off the grip safety. These are things that I hesitate to do for fear of screwing up. That is why I posted the questions in the first place. No hard feelings here about what kcstott said.
And Hey dude it's not you it's the 99 other guys that post the same stuff it just became a point of annoyance and Unfortunately I unloaded on you and I was not trying to. I was trying to speak in generality but still it was directed at you so I do apologize

Yes I'm a Pissed off at the world old school machinist I make no apologies for that. But a piss poor attitude toward you yeah that ain't right.
Last few day I've been a real dick on the board and I need to stop. This ain't the place to vent.

Nathan the last thing I want to do is tick off the guys on the side of our gun rights and keeping us in weapons, Keep that 80% supply coming i promise you California will buy it as long as we are allowed to do so.

Time for a beer and to F'n relax.

    Sorry guys

Awesome. I have a buddy like that. He speaks his mind and to your face. Some of the stories he tells are hilarious. Of course he owns his own compAny and can get away with it. I have a job where I have to be PC. Some times I wish I could say what I want without losing my job. Well enough of the boring crap. Can't wait to get this thing out to the range. Once I am done I will try and post some pics. Thanks everyone.

Do not use glue or Loctite to hold the ejector in place.

You must carefully drill a hole in the frame in the correct location for the ejector's retaining pin or have the hole drilled by a machinist/gunsmith.

Rather than a solid retaining pin, I like to use a roll pin to retain the ejector in the frame because its springiness ensures that the pin will always press against the notch in the ejector's post which keeps the ejector tightly installed in the frame.

When fitting the grip safety lap it on a flat stone a little bit then check the fit.

Repeat the lapping and checking until you achieve a good fit.

Put a little oil on the stone.
