Kc did you set up 3 drill presses and a mill and just go station to station? That's the only way i can see you going that fast with a jig

I don't have nor will ever buy a jig. I have a CNC all you need is correct vise jaws. Place the part in the vise find zero set datum point. Drill and ream holes flip part 90 degrees find zero set new datum point machine two pockets done.

Is it worth it? Probably not currently if we are taking in a monetary sense. Next year it will be more worth it if you don't want to register. If you find satisfaction in building things yourself it will be worth it

Took me 6 hrs with a jig and harbor freight mill.

Takes me about 45 min with my Bridgeport in my garage.

My first one and it was a 10% mag well only cut took 40 hours with making the vise jaws.
After that it was 35-40 minutes for a 80%
