        Buy the nds receiver and send it and the parts kit to Overland Industries in AZ. I spoke to the owner Gary about doing a build, he charges $250 for refinishing and assembly. He says as long as you already own the receiver you can send it to him.Then he can send it back through the mail under gunsmithing.

                He hasnt signed on since May. I will either send it to m24armorer if he ever responds to message (a little iffy), fedup if he gets his act together , or Overland for a steep price + shipping.
