Nothing like keeping an old school G.I. cleaning rod+kit ($10) in your range bag. Tough enough to knock the piss out of a stuck case 95% of the time.

Sent with 2 cans & a long string.

        Wah. Forgot about the thread.

I did get it out. I took a political campaign sign, cut one of the legs off, clamped it in a vise, wrapped the rod in tape so it wouldn't scratch my barrel, and mortared the case out.

It only took one solid hit.

If your going to shoot crappy inaccurate dirty fouling steel cased Russian ammo then learn how to clean your rifle.

Your a dead man in a combat situation if you don't.

Wow, thank you for that SUPER informational post. I learned SO much from that. In fact, I learned more from that single post than anything that I've done or has happened to me in the last 20 years. I applaud you for your expansive knowledge and willingness to share it with others. Thank you for being such a wonderful contributor to our community.

              Nice...

I get 3" 100 yard groups with that dirty crappy inaccurate ammo. Never one malfunction and I tried the crappiest and cheapest.

Thank God we have inexpensive ammo to keep shooting.

Maybe it works so good because I shoot a crappy, (in)accurate and inexpensive AR.

congratulations on finding a practical use for a political campaign sign.
