The real problem with that frame is finds te lda parts... Single action parts are abundant.

The frame is hard to understand fully from the angle...

It does appear the trigger may be a problem. Do some research and decide.

well I've searching and searching and saw someone that was able to make KTO kit without a milling machine and just a drill press and a dremel tool. Scary part this frame seems to need more work than theirs.

Milling machine is a must. You can cut rails with anything , but if you are planning on making a working shooter ,you will need a mill machine period. .

You can complete a build without a milling machine. You will, however, need to get yourself a single action frame. That DA frame is not going to take your parts kit and even if it is possible to convert it to SA you don't want to go down that road.
