Do you have another upper or lower to try?
Who's extended takedown pin. Darin had a bad batch recently that were oversize. Try the original.
Remove the bolt carrier group and try and close it. If it still won't close, remove both pins (pivot/take down) and hold the two halves together. Check alignment of the holes. If the holes don't align but both parts mate up then something is out of spec. Contact Stag or who you bought it from.
