Drill it out and start over.
I believe the mag catch threads are 8-32.
get the tap drill and drill it out.
You may need a new BB when done. I bet you got some corrosion on the BB that caused it to hang up.

Drill out mag catch and get a radlock instead and a new mag catch. DONE! Radlock does not move in or out due to vibration and no lock tight needed.
If guns commit crimes then mine are defective.

Radlocks just get you busted for felony assault weapon when they back out.

That's not a BB failure, it's a mag catch failure.

What brand was that catch? We should all avoid it!

If you do put loctite, make sure you use loctite blue. Red = problems later.

Rather than locktite, I use silicone seal. It holds well, but is easy to remove if necessary.

like others said you need to use a drop locktite Blue,is easily removable but effective. its not the mag catch, the castle nuts on the bullet buttons have been known for loosening or tightening up w/o loctite, with the nut all the way tightened he must have had to use some force to remove the mag and its not made to bend, but to move straight in and out. I don't think the mag catch was defective, but they should include loctite with the bullet button or state it in the instructions.

I noticed when I tried a CONVERTIBLE BULLET BUTTON the magwell lock I had was really hard to turn the key. It was really wrenching the mag-catch out, and I was concerned of this happening as it was bending a lot...

I put the OG Bullet button on it, and it was as good as new.

Are you using a standard bullet button? Magwell AR-lock?

I like to hear some elaboration on that!

You generally run out of time before you run out of ammo.
