Did you put in a retaining plate? Or reuse the shepards hook? If you didn't do either the pins will not stay in. If you used one or the other, make sure you caught the notches in the pins.

got it, the retaining plate wasn't completely caught on the notch in the pin.
also, is it possible for the gas piston to get a little wobbly fit with bolt carrier assembly and how should i go about fixing it?Comment
