Thanks guys...I am broke at the moment (GF's engagement ringset me back) so the lower rail is on hold for a few weeks. I like how it all turned out so far. I am almost caught up with all my Duracoat projects so I will be able to spend some time on the AK here in a week or so.

@ Manik...As far as I can tell the only difference between a weld build and a rivet build is authenticity. As long as you have faith in your ablility to weld and all your prep is good-to-go all should be well. I started this build witha Romy-G kit with the original barrel and from start to Duracoat (Already had the flat bent) was about an hour. So in my opinion it goes a little faster than a rivet build but I also had all my toolig ready so no set up was needed.

Any one have a line on the clear 30 round AK Mag rebuilds? I got 2 from 69Mach1 and wish I would have bought more!

copes has clear 30rd promags. They arent listed in their "rebuild kits", but I believe they will break them down into rebuild kits for you. Might take a phone call.

Also you could try LAK Supply. I've dealt with Lance before. Nice guy
