If my reading comprehension hasn't failed me, here's my translation.
How in the grand legal scheme of ATF percentages can you compare completing an 80%10/22 in ten minutes resulting in a fully functional, safe dependable firearm to that of an AK that takes many hours, tools, talent, not to mention that if you make any errors you may endanger your pretty face (God forbid you ever FIRE a screw build!)"I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness; I love only that which they defend.

I took the OP's post as stating he still wants 3 more rifles but no one has bought him them for Christmas so he's thinking of building them himself.
Seems he has an idea of what he'd like to do for the 10/22 build but still has questions about the AK build.
Also seems he's a bit unclear as to the legal end of DIY AK building but has done some research into flat bending, and some of the things required to build one.
He never gets to the AR build in his original desire of '3' rifles but I believe he can figure that out easier than the AK questions.
(man those years of mumbleeze study are paying off finally :P)
To try, and be helpful to what I believe the OP (on the AK building question) is asking I will say this:
1.
To build a firearm for ones own use is perfectly legal for those that could legally own a firearm. There is no requirement to register it or mark it in any way but recommended to mark the receiver to avoid confusion with any LEO (see pinned thread at top of this section on the subject).
2.
Since we have the Roberti-Roos list that bans certain rifles by make, and model building your own receiver from a flat is a way to obtain an 'off list lower'.
3.
There are NFA (federal) requirements of a minimum 16" barrel, and 30" overall length in shortest configuration that can be fired that must be adhered to (for rifles).
4.
Federal regulations also require that a certain amount of any rifle that is 'home built' be of US origin (most AKs have 16 parts, and can have no more than 10 imported parts. law is called 922(r), and there are nice interactive checklists available to those that google search for them on the web).
5.
In CA there is SB23 to contend with also. Better description than I can give is available
at the top of the page in the blue stripe under the heading of "AW,and OLL guides".
Basically you'll need a bullet button, and 10 round magazine if you have any 'evil features' installed. These are not required on a featureless build. On most AKs the only 'evil feature' is the pistol grip so very easy with Monsterman grip or grip wrap to build featureless with an AK.
6. (This is the most important one here so please read carefully!)
I understand that you were attempting to show some humor in your post, and I get it but as others have pointed out it would be easier to help you answer your questions if we didn't have to translate your post first.
BTW: Welcome to CalGuns
