good to know. i get their hardcopy & email flyers, and always see a ton of "no ship to CA" all over them, but i've never ordered parts kits and such (only individual parts) from them so i was leery. but that's great that they send kits here, i'll continue to give them my money whenever i need something and they have it :P

        7.62x54R here I come!

Now all I need is a Krink
Hi oldyeller. Did you have to "middle man" the receiver, or does TGI ship directly to CA?

Not only does it come with the trigger guard and rear trunnion installed, but the scope rail is also welded on for ya.

Wow, don't know yet. I will call them in the morning. I already ordered it. They sent me a couple bulgy kits, so I don't know why the would not ship a receiver to my FFL. NDS does.

Uh Oh. Well I hope you get good news tomorrow. Please keep us posted, because if TGI will ship a receiver, then I think complete rifles would be next.

Nodak is and has always been CA friendly. There are more and more vendors coming on board everyday, but there are still holdouts...(cough...centerfire...cough....classic arms...cough)

Booya! It's a go, Greg at TGI confirmed shipment to my FFL and the money order went out today. A big thanks to my FFL Gabe at Sportsmans Arms in Petaluma- friendly and accommodating. For the money I would rather build it myself anyway. I also just scored an 800 round tin of 7.62x54R for $150 at SOG.

Yahooo- the craving is cured for awhile

Tad I built a psl kit. Just like an ak just bigger. One thing to be careful with is the barrel is thin and long and can bend pretty easy when putting it back in. I like them and with the right ammo they are good. Good to see TGI working with us when I tallked to them they said they just needed an ffl to tell the steps to get a reciever here. Looks like Im going to order another receiver for my other psl kit from them. Also the solar locks you picked up from me will fit it or you can get a grip wrap.
