    Whoa!

    Just go shoot the pig until the tube works loose again, then drill it and pin it.

    Drilling the aluminum won't weaken anything, go for it.

      I cant believe it. It has been over an hour and I'm still in shock. With a big *** hammer, I set the tube right, and pinned it, and it cycles fine. I do now believe that I HAVE A WORKING AR!!!!!!!!!

          The Petrochemical/refining industry uses a JB weld type material called Belzona. This stuff is hard as nails and can be drilled & tapped, etc.
