Ran through 5 mags with no issues. If I get it out i'll try them again. If it happens again I'm pulling them apart and I'll used the bullets on different brass.

You usually don't even need an OVERSIZED brush.
The standard brush for the caliber will work.
In your 9mm scenario, a standard 9mm/38 brush will grab the case just like it wipes out the crud from the bore/grooves of the barrel.

If you push a brush down into the case, do NOT stop and pull straight backwards.
What you want to do is push the brush into the case and then ROTATE it 45-90 degrees before you pull backwards.
This will require a cleaning rod that does NOT swivel.
Immediate direction changes in the bore (without rotation) will damage the brush and possibly stick the brush in the bore.

Once bitten. You might now consider the "boresnake" a permanent fixture in your range bag.

IIRC a few years ago there were many complaints of those stepped cases suffering separations.

I'll bring it every time. Also contacted Freedom. Lets see what they say.

That case has a step. Id be cautious about shooting any with that headstamp.
That step reduces case capacity and increases pressure. If the load is designed for standard 9mm case capacity, then these (ammoload cases) will be all be over pressure rounds.

Unfortunately these are from 2013-2015 and I have 413 rounds left. All the same headstamp. Freedom munitions said they wont do anything with it.
