Try a few drops of Kroil

You might want to put the barrel in and upright position and then put a few drops of kroil down the barrel and let it sit overnight before using a brass rod to tap the dummy round out.

A little oil never hurt. Bore riding drill rod with the end squared and polished is the ONLY thing any obstruction should be attempted to be driven out. All other shapes, sizes, and materials can/will lead to mi$ery. If the O-1 wont move it, STOP and go to plan B.
Plan B = take it to someone with the wherewithal to remove it and pay them.
You might have less money than when you started, but you will have a good gun left over and you wont stick dummy rounds that dont fit in there any more.

Prop it up vertically overnight put Croyle in the bar and let it soak through

Give it a couple tabs with a brass rod but not enough to mushroom out the head of that dummy round
