I got the barrel out of my kit with a gear pulled from an Auto parts store. I also used a few copper washers and a 2" long 1/2" carrage bolt. I drilled a recess into the carrage bolt for the press screw to sit in. I also used a nut to give me the extra length as the barrel started to work out of the trunnion. It was very easy and only took a few mins.
