Will this work with a ROMY G?

We are the low-price leader for superior optics specializing in East European and Russian optics, binoculars, spotting scopes, rifle scopes, military and hunting scopes and accessories, red dot scopes, POSP & PSO military scopes, Kobra sights, side and top rifle scope mounts and much more.

Just about to order it, I think it will work with a romy g build, anyone else think otherwise?

PITA to put it on, big PITA to put it on right. A gunsmith who knows AKs could probably do it for you.

IMO, the hands-down best ways to put optics on an AK are to get an Ultimak rail (this one should fit the Romy) or the LaRue AK IronDot.

Yes it will work. It has the standard spacing for the AKM rear trunion rivet pattern.

In reality they are pretty easy to attach to a receiver. The first rivet fits it to the receiver using the front rivet on the rear trunion. You then align it so it's parallel to the top of the receiver clamp, and drill the other two holes. Then you rivet them up.

If you have experience riveting it's really no big deal.
