$315 for a KD lower is high.
I think you can find cheaper ones at Royal Pawn/Loan. I think they were selling them for $200+ before tax and DROS.
You can always PPT a lower from a calgunner. That will save you having to pay tax.

I like my two KD lowers.

You may have a hard time finding the mag release parts...not the most common of parts that people end up with more than one of.

Standard pistol grip comes with nearly all LPKs, and you'll want an Ergo or MIAD anyhow, trust me. I've got a standard on my build and am waiting until I can afford to get an upgrade.

Regarding stocks, since you gotta buy one anyhow, you'll likely want to go MagPul MOE or CTR. Both are essentially the same, but CTR has a friction lock and costs $40 more than MOE. MOE's can be had for ~$50, which isn't bad and it beats most other stocks for the money.

In all honesty, if you're not in a rush, camp the Private Firearms section. You can find stripped lowers for around $200.

Lower parts kits are popping up regularly now and go for $80-$100.

As for a stock, get the one you want.

It's really easy to build you're own lower. I did it with only online tutorials/videos, center punch and a hammer.

All you really need is the mag catch, a bullet button/raddlock will replace the other parts. If you really want the regular spring and button, you can always order them from riflegear.
